infrared home inspection

Using infrared during a normal home inspection reveals that there is serious moisture intrusion below the windows.  The moisture is in the brighter areas of the image.  After sundown, moisture retains heat longer than dry areas and is easily detected. This was confirmed by using a moisture meter on the effected areas.
